Refund Policy
  1. The general refund statement is a 100 percent refund in case of a negative assessment. However, this statement comes with conditions applied. The condition for a full refund is when the defect is with our documentation and related reasons of our services. In case, the negative assessment comes as a direct result of client-related issues, we are not liable to refund you in that scenario.
  2. Most of the cases taken at CDR Australia VIP are complex cases where clients have been banned or rejected before. In such cases, if the client fails to provide transparent information about the previous application and does not comply with our direction during lodgment and subsequent feedback address, a refund will not be provided.
  3. If you cancel the order in between the process due to your own personal reasons, no refund of the money already paid will be done for you.
  4. A confirmation email about our refund policies in detail will be sent to you after you book order as well. That will clarify the conditions based on which you can or cannot claim refunds.
